Loose waves: These are gracing the heads of brides everywhere, adding bounce to a long layered cut or soft swing to all-one-length hair. The look is easy to achieve. Use extra-large hot rollers on clean, dry (or barely damp) hair. Pull each roller slightly downward as you unroll, allowing the curl to form a spiral. Gently finger-comb only a few sections, adding a textured look. Spray lightly.
Side-parted bangs: Bangs are still hot. Whether you have graduated bangs cut into your hair or not, you can achieve the illusion of side bangs by correctly stying your 'do. Section the back of the hair from ear to ear and keep out of the way with a ponytail. Take the front and part midway over one eye. Brush sleekly downward from both sides and spray. Then style the back of the hair as desired.
The traditional updo: Among brides, this hairdo can never go out of style. Sweep the hair up and curl a few sections, letting them spiral from the top. Or bring all your hair back in a sleek, gorgeous chignon (knot) at the base of your neck.
Top it all off with a veil, a few sparkling gems or even a tiara. Here are a few fabulous pictures of wedding hairdos to get you thinking. Experiment, and remember to have fun with the process!
